Im always taking in on time. Im never rushed. Everyone that works there is kind and friendly. I've been seeing Cathy mcgourty for years . Im always heard and well cared for. The emergency department is the same all around well run. It's great to have this in our community.

Pepperell Family Practice is the best place for my health care! I have been a patient for many years My doctor knows me and my health and has recommended me to the best specialists when I needed them. The nurses are knowledgeable and kind The staff is friendly and efficient as they help you. The phlebotomist is great, it did not hurt at all. They all make a caring and great team.

From the moment I walked in the door until I checked out 30 minutes later my experience was top notch. The receptionist, the nurse that brought me to the exam room and most of all my primary care provider Kara Viel, all executed their duties in a pleasant and professional manner. I think that we are extremely fortunate to have this facility in Pepperell.

Reached out for a quick eval of a concern, got an appt the next morning. Hannah Lawler took great care of me, took action to cover all concerns. So glad she will continue with the practice, she is thorough, thoughtful and kind. You can not ask for more.

Katie Raju NP and Dr. DeSocio are the best, they are my Dad’s primary care practitioners. He has complex medical issues and they are the best communicators with his various specialists. They are great at getting back to family about things too. Highly recommended if you live in the Pepperell area.

Katie Rajo NP is excellent. She listens carefully, never delays in getting back to you, and is on top of everything. She exemplifies what Primary Care should be. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. The office staff and the nurses are also wonderful.
